VITAZYME is an all natural biostimulant that works through multiple active agents and multiple modes of action. Vitazyme stimulates the indigenous soil microbiota to work more efficiently, thus improving the availability of soil nutrients.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply Vitazyme by sprayer, or sprinkler or drip irrigation systems.
Calibrate the system accurately.
Field and orchard crops:
1. Test the soil if possible to determine deficiencies or imbalances. Correct mineral deficiencies, but treat nitrogen separately (see point 2).
2. Nitrogen fertilizer applications may be reduced to 50 to 80% of amounts required for an optimum yield potential. Consider soil organic matter, previous crop, degree of compaction, and soil nitrate level (see product literature).
3. Apply Vitazyme to the seeds, transplant roots, or root stock before planting.
Seeds: (a) Spray or mix the concentrate on the seeds when filling the seed box at 6 to 8 ounces/acre (0.5 liter/hectare), (b) dip or spray seeds in a 5% Vitazyme solution, and dry before planting, or (c) apply 13 ounces/acre (1 liter/hectare) of Vitazyme directly on the seeds at planting.
Transplants: Dip or spray transplant roots in a 1 to 2% Vitazyme solution before planting. Tree and shrub plantings: (a) Dip bare-root stock in a 1 to 2% Vitazyme solution before planting, or (b) apply 1 oz Vitazyme in 2 to 5 gallons of water, and soak into the root zone.
4. Apply Vitazyme to the soil and/or foliage. In most cases use 13 ounces/acre (1 liter/hectare) per application for fi eld crops. Consult product literature for specific crop recommendations.
Field crops: Short-cycle crops (<45 days): at planting and within 7 days. Medium-cycle crops (45 to 120 days): at planting and 60 (or at flowering or midseason), and 100 days if recommended.
Long-term crops {pastures, hay, some vegetables (>120 days)}: at spring greenup and every 60 days during active growth. For hay: at spring greenup and after each cutting.
Orchard and tree crops: Apply 20 ounces/acre (1.5 liters/hectare) each time as recommended. Seasonal crops and trees: at bud break (on the soil) and midway through fruit development (on the leaves and soil). Continuously growing crops (bananas, tropical fruits): every three months during active growth.
Crop residue breakdown: Apply at 13 ounces/acre (1liter/hectare) in the fall on residue.
5. Apply other sound, sustainable management practices.
Horticulture crops:
Nursery, house plants, lawns, and gardens: Mix 1 tbsp. of Vitazyme in 1 gallon of water. Use 0.5 cup of this solution for 1-gallon containers and 1 cup for larger containers. The solution may also be misted on leaf and soil surfaces. Generally, apply 13 ounces/acre (1 liter/hectare) over leaves and soil every 30 to 60 days during active growth. Treat seeds and transplants as described above.
Commercial applications: Apply as a foliar spray, or via drip or sprinkler irrigation to plants every 30 to 45 days. Utilize 13 ounces/acre (1 liter/hectare) per application, or about 0.3 to 0.5 ounces/1,000 ft2.
Base dilution rates on sprayer calibration and irrigation system output.
